Great location, close to subway and downtown. Helpful staff, one went out of her way to get a taxi. Commendable service. Ok breakfast.
Don't have any issues at all.

Very bad location. No english spoken. No food or dinks served except for breakfast even though they had a menue. Could not unpack clothes as the cupboards were soo musty. Towels were very thin and grey.

Staff were polite and helpful, I checked in @ 2-30am with no problems even though staff spoke no English or Spanish. Nice coffee and a reasonable selection @ breakfast, but service with a smile and a good coffee first thing in the morning arent enough to justify staying here as things stand at the moment, even if it is a last resort, there are better places to stay. I had no specific expectations and paid for and reserved what was a "luxury" double, I would have hated to see a standard room. Room 402 failed to reach a low standard on every count. From threadbare and holed itchy nylon sheets, and towels that were "pot luck", to leaking taps that cover the bathroom floor in water, you get the general picture. These were the best bits!!
Known as "Hotel Beirut" for a number of reasons, least of all the location: likened to a cross between the sets from "Grand Theft Auto 5" vs "The Night of the Living Dead", and no, I am not Kidding!! Lots of homeless people that use the sidewalk opposite the hotel to trawl through rubbish bags, leaving their contents strewn all over the street, deafening thunder flashes that go off until dawn, and the car stereo shop opposite that loved to blast music that takes over from there, Beirut would've been more peaceful! By day, best advised to be vigilant, by night, or on public holidays, tourists may as well have a flashing neon sign advertising their readiness to be jumped, as the only people around are tourists and the homless, easy prey!!!!!!!

We enjoyed the cleanliness and hotel facilities. In addition, the easy transportation was convenient as this hotel is located close to a subway station, making it simple for us to get around this city. Moreover, the breakfast provided was a good start to the day. Lastly, the staff was fantastic, providing great service during our stay.
Nothing could have been better.

The hotel is well located. However, as Sao Paolo is not the safest city ever, do not stay around by night. The hotel is comfortable but not luxurious. It is ok for a weekend.
There was no shampoo and no hair dryer.

Spent Easter and had an amazing time. The room was tidy and spacious. The breakfast served was delicious and satisfying. The location was key, since it was close to the subway station and downtown area, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The neighborhood was not safe at night. It was difficult to walk on the streets and the surroundings were not pleasant.

During my New Year's stay, I enjoyed the spacious and clean room, which was both quiet and comfortable. the breakfast offered was good and helped me start my day energized. the hotel's key location made it easy for me to access public transportation and explore the nearby downtown area.
The surrounding neighborhood was a downside for me. It appeared to be unsafe, especially at night, and I wouldn't recommend staying there with children.

One member of the staff was unable to provide clean towels when requested, resulting in some inconvenience.
